Sizing: The bracelets can be easily adjusted to fit your wrist. If you'd like a specific size, type in the box the circumference of your wrist or make a note of the general body size (kid, adult small/medium/large).
 
Care instructions: Copper oxidizes and can react with the salts in sweat which can cause discoloration easily washed off with soap and water. To minimize the oxidation, each piece of jewlery is sealed with a clear coat. The jewelry will change in color over time, so to maintain the shiny look, you can use a metal polish to buff the surface followed by coat of clear nail polish on the surface that touches the skin.
